Heat Pump (performed in the spring and fall)

Check unit in cooling in the spring and heating in the fall.

Check pressures and temperature.

Check condenser coil and clean, if needed.

Check air filter and change, if needed. (Materials supplied by owner.)

Check blower and condenser fan motor and bearings. Lubricate as required.

Check fan blade for cracks and balance.

Check amperage and voltage.

Check electrical contacts for loose wiring, connections and burnt contacts.

Check heat pump thermostat.

Check electric heat for proper operation. (Fall only.)
